Hi has anyone travelled on the Island Escape with somebody in a wheel chair, we are taking my mum who is 89 never been abroad before she keeps in good health but has difficulty walking long distances.

We have booked an adapted room for disbabled so that no problem, she will use a 3 wheel walker on ship but when we go ashore she will be in her wheelchair.

Does anyone have any tips please.

Can't wait to go next week (11th Dec) doing the colourful coast cruise, Mum is so excited she has never flown before either

Hi,

When we were aboard last time there was a family with a teenage daughter in the same position as you. The crew were great with her and they had no problems getting ashore or around the ship.

Well done for your Mum, 1st flight and cruise at that grand age.

We're coming on this one with you See you aboard.

Berwyn
