Victory Christmas Cruise-some questions

Hi! My family and I will be taking our first Christmas cruise in a few weeks aboard the Carnival Victory. A few questions:

Has anyone done the biobay tour in SJ? Which company did you use, how much was it, how long of a trip is it from Sheraton SJ to the bay, and would it be comfortable for someone a little overweight?

Do they do anykind of Christmas gift on the pillow? I've heard something like this?

Are the stores and excursions open on Christmas?

I'm looking for a ladies Movado. Anyone have any tips on which island/store would have good deals on one?

My dad and I are begginning scuba divers. Which island offers the best scuba and the best snorkeling, which beaches offer easy snorkeling?

Can you buy beer in port and take it on board (question for my dad.)

What other things can we expect on a Christmas cruise?
