Price Match Question... Confused!

When booking our cruise I was told if the price changes we can fill out a form and get the difference taken off our balance...

 

I went to check out our cruise on the website and the starting price for a balcony is lower than when we booked. I clicked on it to see our exact category, but only a guarantee comes up, which is at a higher price, none of the other categories are anywhere to be found! What does this mean? Is there any way to see what the price is currently for my category and still get a change if it ends up being lower?

anyone???? Eeeh I guess I'll just have to make the dreaded phone call to Carnival...

price guarantees only work for your specific category. If you can't find it on carnival, then the category is sold out.
