I am always hearing about NCL customer service and the failures of the PCCs. I just want to say that it has been a pleasure working with Rachel E. for my upcoming cruise. Since "we" whine about them so often, this time I want to give a little credit. :)

Great thread. Mine is Mindy K., and she couldn't be more helpful. A few weeks ago, I was discussing a future cruise, and in the conversation, it came out my wife was ill. Two days later, she called to check on her.

Just to let you know, I got a "demerit" from CC for naming my PCC. :o I didn't remember all the rules from when I started CC 10 months ago, and I was on a thread where many other people had listed their PCC, so I did, too. Then I found a message that I was in trouble with the powers that be.

 

So, don't name names.
