I don't care if my TA rock, bounce or swivel. If we ever get connecting rooms, I'd prefer my next door cabinmate to be Newt. We can leave the door open, making it a suite and have a ball.

Hi-
We also got connecting staterooms on the Millie for Thanksgiving! How old are your kids? Ours are 11 and 13, not quite old enough to get them a separate cabin, but connecting works great! This will be our second cruise with the two cabins-when they were younger, 4 to a cabin didn't seem too bad. Really the nicest part I think is having two bathrooms!
See you in November!

Hi Paula, mine are 10(he'll have his 11th b-day that Friday after Thanksgiving!) and DD is 13(hers is New years eve)!! Coincidence huh?! Were travelling with some friends we met a few years ago on the Century, and they've been bugging us to go. Their x-tended family will be there too...I'm glad we've got two bathrooms, DD takes longer to get ready now, and needs more *gasp* privacy!! Plus to top it all off we've got Balcony rooms too--I think that'll be cool 4 the kids! I'll definately havta lay down the law about decorum in and off the balcony anyway, but theyre great kids. Our friends have a son same age as mine, and a niece same age as dd....I'm so looking fwd to tropical in November!!

Hi,
How great our kids are so close in age! Mine are both boys, but still we will definately have to get our groups together. We have balcony (concierge class) cabins, too-I have the cabin nos. around here somewhere, we will have to see how close together we are. The Millie is one of our favorite ships-have you done her before? This will be our 4th time on this ship-really looking forward also to a Caribbean Thanksgiving.

A new TA that I remain ambivalent about got my family of 6 adjoining rooms (very convenient - beats crossing the passageway) in mid-January for the March 26 Summit sailing...

Now if your TA got you adjoining cabins (for 4) at the price of a quad, THAT WOULD ROCK - otherwise yawn...

Paula, we're cruising the Mlle. for the first time...we're really looking fwd to it...this will be the first w/ r kids--we've always made it a kidless, just us thing since our 10th anniv(1st for DH)cruise on RCL 6 years ago. I am xcited for them, as are they!!

woodof--Yawn if you want, I'm happy 'cause it took some time to wait for the right cabins---plus, she saved us tons of $$ anyway

Have a great trip! I'm just surprised that you had to "wait" for adjoining rooms when booking over 6 months out. We seemed to have no problem booking them only 2 months pre-sail (during a spring break high season).

I'm glad you've a good TA; you definately WILL get a kick from the kids 1st cruise awe.
