aos was in dry dock?

aos was in dry dock, i missed it! [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif[/img] when did this take place? major face lifting?
guess i was out cutting grass when this was posted! [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]
any info on this would be helpfull!

She went into dry dock last Wednesday, May 12th and will be returning to service this Sunday, May 23rd.

Yes, I got off the AOS on May 12 and the previous two days you could see evidence of getting ready to go into dry dock. They were replacing carpet on stairs, taking inventory in our cabins of what needed replacing/repairing, etc. Though I thought it was in good shape anyway. You'll have a beautiful ship to sail on next Sunday. I envy you!

Our cabin steward said one of the main reasons she was going into dry dock was to work on the water system - the "sometimes discolored water" causes them a lot more work to keep everything stain free. so the water was to be worked on and the cabins were to get "deep cleaning".
