Florence tour companies

My niece and I will be spending a week in Florence in March. Can anyone recommend a tour company to use for day trips in and around Florence?

I used Italy Limousine in Florence, Umbria and Sicily and their drivers/guides were all excellent. They were recommended to me by a prior Oceania cruiser and I was very pleased. The owner, Josephine, is a bit eccentric but runs an outstanding operation. I believe she is British, married to an Italian.

I forgot to add that while in Florence, I decided I wanted to go to Lucca, which I had not previously planned to do, so my driver and I went there (barely making it back to the ship, but it was worth it). It would be perfect to use them to take trips out of Florence to e.g. Lucca, Tuscany, etc. We had planned, and did, go to Pisa. He had obtained tickets to museums in advance, whisked me to the front of the entry lines, and also had the ability to park in "no parking" areas literally across the street from sites we visited , as i believe most official guides do.
