We used them a few weeks ago - make sure you get in writing any deviations. We had them stop at a store on the way to our hotel and they were not suppose to charge if we took less than 15 minutes. We had to do some arguing to get them to honor this agreement...and the driver was not particularly pleasant on our p/u from Hobby. When we disembarked they arrived fairly promptly and that driver was much better. Vans were clean. Hope this helps!:cool:
