Anyone been on the Dream cabin 6406?

Hello All,

 

I was hoping to get some input... We like to prop our balcony door open at night, and are concerned as 6406 is directly above the Lanai opening and a hot tub. When we originally booked, I had very deliberately chosen a room away from the hot tubs, but we added our DD, and 6406 was all we could get.

 

I did notice that Carnival is now offering free upgrades for our sailing on 2/20. Has anyone had any luck getting these with their TA? If we got upgraded to decks 8-10, I think that would solve our problem...

 

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've heard people say that everything was fine as far as noise goes... Not a lot of people use the walk way... We are on deck 6 two sailings before you in February and I can't wait!
