Camp Carnival Question

I have two girls age 8 and 5. I know they can't be in the same Camp group, but will they be in the same area so they can see each other. My older can't wait. My little one is nervous about being without her sister. Any info?

When we were on the Glory in March 08...my daughter was 9 and my friends son was 7...they were in different groups but could see each other when they were in the Camp Carnival room. At 9, she was allowed to sign herself out for the activities that took place out of the room ( such as the scavenger hunt) and he could not.

Thanks so much!! I think that will help my little one out a lot. She was nervous about staying there, but if she knows her sister is in the room then that should help:)

It will be fun-

just like when she goes to school they are not in the same class room and she still gets to see her sibling.

tell her she will make some new friends and wont even know she has a sister.:D

My kids are 1 group apart as they are 2 years apart.

 

They sometimes can be in the same area. But other times they can be at other ends of the ship. It just depends on what they plan for them that given hour.

 

Even if they are in the same area they normally are pretty strict from the different ages going towards the other group. Unless its a group activity,

which only normally happens after 10PM, such as TV shows....

They don't always meet in the Camp area. They often will meet in a closed

public room do to a activity. They daily camps flyer will tell you where each

age group will meet at a given time.
