Schedule for dining?

We are first-time cruisers on the Mariner departing 2/27. I'm trying to find out the schedule for the dining, ie: which nights are formal, casual, etc. We have early seating and I want to take the dining into consideration when scheduling our port excursions.

 

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks...

Early dinning is around 6PM and late will be around 8 Pm, your formal nights are at sea most of the time.
