Isla De Pasion or Paradise Island

Me and hubby are going to Cozumel in May and really stuck on going to Isla de Pasion however we just want to make sure we are doing the best beach. What do you reccomend Isla de Pasion, Paradise island or any other one. One thing not sure about if we do Isla de pasion is we may be pregnant by then, if we are we cant do Twister so how else to get there? Is there something else by Carnival excursions going there?

Hands down, passion island is a great beach. There was a bus ride to the ferry then ferry ride to the island. Great excursion. Beautiful beach, white sand...blue water...awesome.;)

Thank you so much for your response. Do you just get the ferry once you get in Cozumel or is it something I should reserve now? Where would I find the bus/ferry once we get there. Do you know if we do this will food and drinks be included or do we have to buy them since it is not in with the excursion on ship with twister?
