Are excursions added a few at a time?

Once excursions are posted for purchase, is that the complete list or is it possible more will be added later? More specifically, the excursions for October Holy Land have been posted, but some of the more important ones, such as the over night is Jerusalem and the Dead Sea, are not listed. I know I can book private tours, but I am curious as to whether or not Celebrity may post more later. Does anyone have any first hand experience with this?

It's been my experience that lists do fluctuate, although not by much. Try comparing your itinerary's choices with those of one ahead of yours and one after yours.
