Does =X= charge for kids club when in port?

Does celebrity charge “baby sitting” type rates for kids club when ship is in port? I have heard/read different things. I have never had Hal or carnival charge for this.

according to the Celebrity website, they do charge $6/hr for watching kids during mealtimes (12-2 and 5-7) on port days.

 

I'd like to hear if anyone has seen this or not - we're out on the port-intensive Southern Caribbean Summit cruise during spring break.
