Smoking allowed on the lido starboard side.. plus the bars or venues listed in the capers..Are you looking for something specific???

Also allowed in cabins and on balconies.

It's the same as the rest of the fleet: smoking permitted in cabins, balconies, casino, one side of the ship on outdoor decks and other designated bars and lounges throughout the ship.

 

The smoking policy is the same on all Carnival ships. The new Splendor, the Dream - and later the Magic - have the new "Spa Suites and Cabins" around the new Cloud 9 Spa facilities and there is no smoking in that area or those cabins.

The Splendor does not allow smoking on the lido deck.. it is on deck 10.. the Dream smoking is on the port side lido deck..so there are a few changes for the newer ships;)
