Any upgrades from P to Q catagory

Has anyone every gotten an upgrade from the P catagory to the Q catagory upon checking into the cruise?

My husband and I were upgraded from P to Q. When our travel documents arrived in early December for the 1/8-1/15 departure, our TA called with the good news. We loved our Q5 suite, and the Queen's Grill was fabulous.

 

At check-in, there was a sign posted which said that the ship was completely full for the sailing and to kindly not ask for any changes.

I will keep my fingers crossed. I am taking my wife on a surprise cruise for her 70th birthday gift. Would be great to get into a Q suite.:)
