Pride of Aloha~Charge to use treadmill?

Does anyone that has sailed on POA know if there is a charge to just use a treadmill or stationary bike? I don't need the services of a trainer. I had a total knee replacement recently and I need to exercise everyday or the knee gets stiff and I won't be able to walk very far for excursions or shopping. Just walking doesn't seem to do it for me.

Thank you for any info you can provide. :)

:)

Both treadmills and stationary bikes are free and available 24 hours a day. There is a $10 charge for spinning classes.
