bas7 Posted January 25, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2010 Hi, I'm hoping to sail on the Eurodam on the February 27th departure. I have a chance to book an Aft cabin, 4187 or 4185, and was wondering whether anyone has been in an aft cabin on deck 4 of this ship. I believe we're above the restaurant Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
COLLEYBERRY Posted January 25, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2010 Hi Bas 7, We sailed in 4183 , great location ,lovely and quiet, the fact the restaurant is below is a non issue other than you are closer:) I would choose 4185 it appears slightly wider on the deck plans. The cabins are very comfortable, soft earth tones that are easy to live with The view from the balcony is wonderful. Be sure and try the Tamarind . oh and check the deck plans there is a staircase just around the corner from the cabin we used for easy access to the promenade. Have a wonderful cruise.:)
jtl513 Posted January 25, 2010 #3 Share Posted January 25, 2010 In Dec we were in 4178 on the Noordam, which is very similar to the Eurodam in that vicinity. We heard no noise from the restaurant, but on several nights bad vibration kept us awake most of the night. The nearby stairs on the port side are marked as an Emergency exit. DCParky Posted January 25, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 25, 2010 I sailed in Cabin 4181 on the Eurodam last summer. It's the aft corner suite. We never had any issues with restaurant below us. You will love the views from the aft balconies! Enjoy.....
