Yes, in Nassau there's a city market downtown about 2 blocks from the port exit. Just ask any local to point it out. I think it's on Charlotte Street.

In Freeport, if you take a collective cab (about $5 US) to shop at Our Lucaya Marketplace, there is a drugstore type store there that sells all kinds of soft drinks, bottled water, snacks, toiletries, over the counter meds etc. at much better prices than on the ship. When get off the van in front of the casino, cross the street and then walk to your right along that same street. There are signs for it so you can't miss it, it's about 3 minutes from the taxi place.
