Last year on a 7 day Alaska sailing I think it was around $110. It included a backpack, a hoodie, and 3 or four other small logo items. All babysitting was included. They toured several places on the ship. It allowed us to be more flexible with the lunch schedule on a heavily port intensive trip. I probably would have ended up with almost that much in babysitting fees so it was a good deal for me.

When you say 'all babysitting' do you mean just kids club or in-cabin too?
