Xcaret minimum ages

I was at Xcaret last year for the second time. I don't remember tubes on the river. All we had was life vests. Some people rented snorkeling equipment, but I sure don't remember any tubes.

I also remember being pretty tired by the time we finished.

We were staying in Playa del Carmen, fairly close to Xcaret. From Cozumel you have to take a 45 minute ferry to get to Playa, plus getting to the ferry dock from your cruise pier and getting from Playa to Xcaret. That's a fair amount of travel for a shore excursion.

Although, I must admit I do love Xcaret.
