NCL Spirit Shore Excursion Questions...

Hi all, I just have a few questions about some of the shore excursions for the 9-day Southern Caribbean shore excursions.

 

I notice that a lot of these excursions include off-roading or something of the sort (there are mini-buggy rides, open-air Jeeps, ATVs, etc.). My husband and I love being active on shore excursions and doing things we just couldn't do here in Michigan. :) So, we were looking at the ATV Adventure in St. John's, Antigua, but I was wondering if anyone has done this or knows something more about it. From reading the description, it seems that we ride the ATV around the island for about 2 hours. I was just wondering what we get to see on this trip. Any suggestions would be great. :)

 

Also, has anyone done the Rainforest Cycling on St. Lucia? I haven't done biking shore excursions, but like I said, we want to do something exciting and new. :) So any feedback on this would be great as well. Thanks much in advance!!
