Where does NCL dock and are rental scooters available?

My DBIL and wife will be on NCL on March 21 sailing. They love to rent scooters around the islands. Can anyone tell where they dock and the closest place to rent scooters...thanks!

NCL docks right downtown, very close to everything. don't know about the scooters, i think i remember seeing some nearby.

the only thing, be very careful...the taxi drivers hate the scooters (especially on the highway), they block traffic. our taxi driver was trying to give them a wide berth, but i saw some taxi drivers pass the scooter a little too close. some of the problem came from the scooters not staying in the slow lane.

I can only recommend renting a scooter if you greatly want to increase your chances of visiting the local emergency room.
