Help Please? (Is this a good 'shut your face' offer?)

I am new to the Early Saver program, you say they wouldn't have given you OBC because you have paid in full? This doesn't seem right, I don't really understand. I have been told that since I paid in full, if the price drops I WOULD get it as OBC, and if I wasn't paid in full it would be taken off my balance. Can you explain please?

Bill - don't know if you are still following this thread, but wanted to apologize. Looking at my response, seemed a bit rude (which was not intended). Sometimes short responses on a small cell phone keyboard, doesn't always come across as intended. SORRY!
