VOS Sun,Shade,Reading spot?

Anyone have a favorite spot(on Voyager of the Seas) where a person could get a bit of sun (1hr max) then relax and read in the shade ? Is this available in one area or would you have to move to 2 different areas of the ship?...thanks

Try the Solarium. There are great padded chairs and no kids. You can find a chair in the sun and then change to one in the covered area for shade. I read and napped there every day. The Solarium is one of my favorite spots on the ship.

Is the solarium open air?.....sounds like what I am looking for!

I would say check out deck 5 or whatever deck has the outside deck, always seems quiet and mostly shade and it is outdoor air where as the Solarium is indoors.

Picture of the solarium. As you can see= its an open top space but surrounded on the outside by glass. In the middle is sun--on the outside by the windows are shade.
