Question re: Ron Jon Cape Caribe Resort

We have reservations for the Ron Jon Cape Caribe Resort - 2 studios in the Pool Bldg. They mentioned something about being timeshare resort and therefore might not supply all suppllies.

 

My main concern is toilet paper and sheets and towels. Has anyone ever stayed for 1 night only and was everything supplied? Also is the pool bldg in a good location. Any help would be appreciated.
