jtcoolk Posted February 15, 2010 #1 Share Posted February 15, 2010 They are both full on the day we will be here! Can anyone advise another company that they have used? Thank you!
autumntime Posted February 16, 2010 #2 Share Posted February 16, 2010 I actually haven't been, but we are on the same cruise as you are and plan to take the water taxi over to Klein Bonaire and snorkel right off the shore, reviews in here rate it positively. It is the same place the snorkel tours go to, and is easily accesible from shore. I am not sure about equipment, because we bring our own, but I am sure it is available close by. The water taxi is readily available close to the dock and only costs 8$!!!
ninkb Posted February 17, 2010 #3 Share Posted February 17, 2010 Booked the Woodwind tour with other CC members and was not sorry. They are an easy walk from where we docked and did so much to make our snorkel the best ever. They fit the equipment so well, point out the fish that I would miss if I were by myself, offer an excellent DVD of the trip to purchase, provide snacks and drinks, etc. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to snorkel Klein Bonaire. I would not want to be on my own and watching for the place to get back to the beach and the water taxi. I want to concentrate on the fish!!! The fish were amazing. I've snorkeled many places and have never seen so many in one place. Wish I could live there and snorkel everyday! Give Woodwind a try!

markstudy Posted February 18, 2010 #5 Share Posted February 18, 2010 I tried to find other companies and didn't have any luck. Maybe it was because there were two ships in port and everything was booked (one ship was a small ship from South America so it didn't show up on any of the "ships in port web sites") I took the ships water taxi to Klein and it was fantastic and very easy. Just better if you can go early in the day... before the wind whips up.
