Balcony dinner

Is there a certain menu for this night?....Im not a lobster guy but i would love scallops and steak....Also is there anyway of booking this before our cruise?....And what night would be a good night to do it you think?....After princess cays as my trip is 3-21-3/28/10 or after st thomas or st martenn?....Anyone know what nights the capt dinners are>?

My husband and I do not eat fish or seafood. A person comes to your cabin the day before and you can adjust the menu to your tastes at that time. We made substitutions for the fish and seafood. This was a wonderful dinner. We were able to book ours on Valentine's Day which also happened to be the night we were anchored in Puerto Amador so no wind on the balcony. Worked out nicely.
