As odd as it sounds there has been no smoking allowed in the cigar lounge on the Jewel for quite some time. The lounge is located in bar central between the stage area and the entrance to Le Bistro. The problem was that the room was not enclosed but was open to the main room unlike the completely enclosed cigar rooms on other ships. When smoking was banned in bars it was eliminated in this area too. I suppose it was deemed cost prohibitive to redesign this area to benefit the few smokers that would use it.
