Lots of questions about PVP's, onboard credit and to a different TA later?

I want to book for April 2006, but there are no rates out yet. I will be on the Miracle on a few weeks, can a book a different week to get the onboard credit (is it $100?) and then switch it to my week in April and then switch again to a TA that has the lowest price.

 

How do I go about getting the cabin that I want? Is there a waiting list for dates not published yet?

 

Where are the best balcony cabins or suites on the Spirit class ships?
