Formal/Capts Dinner

Where abouts can i found out what nights im going to have the capts/formal dinners......Im planning on booking a balcony dinner so i want to pick a free night.....Also based on my cruise what night would you chose a balcony dinner?...Im going on the emerald 3/21/2010 in a mini suite on the emerald deck.......Looking for your input for a nice dinner on our balcony (E726).......

You will know once onboard, as you are given a schedule of formal and smart casual nights for the entire cruise. That's how it was for us.There should be ample time for a balcony dinner booking.
