Well, not sure what your interests are but this probably qualifies as "different" ... we went deep sea fishing :) There were 8 of us altogether - 4 adults and 4 kids ages 9 and 11 and we had fun. The kids loved it!

Thanks did you do this through the ship or set it up on your own?

 

We set it up on our own ... we went through http://www.orlandoprincess.com/ We had to get our own transportation but there were vans waiting outside when we got off the Pride. It was a little bit expensive - they charged us $10 per person and it was like a 5 minute ride but the driver was waiting for us when we were finished to take us back which made it nice. Our kids loved it - they caught striped bass, a flounder, a lizard fish, and someone on the boat had a small octopus :)
