Legend vs Liberty

Can anyone give me their opinion on the Legend or the Liberty?

Do they both have the movie screen on the pool deck and water slides?

Do any of the Carnival have the ice skating rink?

I have been on Liberty, April 2008. They did have a movie screen then, but not ice skating. The Lido deck is tiered around the movie screen so there is lots of great viewing. I thought it would be obnoxious, but they actually played beautiful ocean scenes with music, or photos of the people on the cruise during the day. At night, the movies were a fun option to do with the kids, but bring a light coat and maybe a blanket if you want to be cozy, it got a bit windy up there at night

The best thing about the Legend is the lack of a huge movie screen on the Lido deck.

I have been on both and I think Legend is the best. No movie screen on Legend, smaller, less people, easier to get around and it is easier to get a deck chair around a pool. Two tumbs up for the Legend.

No ice skating rinks on any Carnival ships. I think that's only RCCL
