JMB Posted March 11, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 11, 2010 DW and I are first time Disney cruisers scheduled to go on the transatlantic sailing of the DISNEY MAGIC on April 10. To date we have received no pre-cruise information packet, (air arrangements, luggage tags, general info, etc.) from the Mouse even though our sail date is now less than one month away. Did pick up the air stuff myself from our reservation in the Disney system. Have called Disney three times to inquire about this and have received three different answers about what info is sent and when we can expect to receive anything. Curious if anyone who is on this same sailing has gotten anything from DCL--if so, what? Any of you veteran Disney cruisers have any words of wisdom to offer on this? Friscorays Posted March 11, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 11, 2010 This thread indicates documents are usually received about two weeks before sailing although things may have changed (it is kind of an old thread). It could not hurt to call Disney just to make sure everything is as it should be. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=874149&highlight=documents+when+arrive
