downundermatt Posted March 13, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 13, 2010 I am a repeat Celebrity Customer, and recently attempted to book my next Celebrity Cruise, whilst on my 14 day South American Cruise last month. Imagine my shock to find the future Onboard Credits are only offered to North Americans (US + Canadian Citizens) Strikes me Celebrity accept money from everyone globally but dont offer the same incentives to other nationalities. In Australia this is deemed as discriminatory and shameful. Three emails to Celebrity Cruises have failed to receive a response. Sadly Goodbye Celebrity, as I had really enjoyed my previous Cruises

downundermatt Posted March 13, 2010 Author #3 Share Posted March 13, 2010 Interesting, your handle implies you are from England. Did you book this Cruise and get the OBC whilst on a Celebrity Cruise and are you a non North American ? I attempted to lodge a deposit on board to get the On Board Credit, yet my money was refused ! Thanks Matt
