carabn1 Posted March 13, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 13, 2010 Who is the best tour guide for stingray city? We've been there before (through the cruise lines tour/prices) but have a newbie sailing with us and want to give him a great experience with the stingrays. Thanks! GinDon Posted March 14, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 14, 2010 I vote for Moby Dick. One of the best shore excursions we've ever done!
Fourseventeen Posted March 14, 2010 #3 Share Posted March 14, 2010 we used Captain Marvins. GREAT tour company. We did the combo tour with stingray city, reef snorkel, hell and turtle farm. Great time, nice boat and good people. http://www.captainmarvins.com/
Fourseventeen Posted March 14, 2010 #4 Share Posted March 14, 2010 http://www.shoretrips.com/common/search4.asp?tcode=007381 thats the link I actually used to book the day trip. We got back with about an hour to spare and we had about 1.5-2 hours before the tour to do whatever as well.
mary7552 Posted March 15, 2010 #5 Share Posted March 15, 2010 We used Stingray Sailing and they were great! Small group, nice and friendly tour guides. I have never seen a negative review of this company, and now I know why. :)

Angie We used http://grandcaymancruiseexcursions.com/Stingray_City_Buccaneer_Catamaran.htm which had a very nice catamaran - small enough group - and very good price ($39/pp)
