7 Mile Beach Condition- GC

What is the current conition of 7 Mi Beach in GC since Ivan hit in Sept. We had to cancel our trip there last Nov. because of the dammage to the condo. Going on the EOS in Mar.

I was in GC in Dec. but I didn't go to 7 mile beach. We were told by the cab driver that it's bigger than before but all the trees have been stripped of their leaves. GC is trying real hard to get the island back into shape.

I had never been to 7 Mile Beach before, so I can't give you a comparison to how it was before. But we were there in December and the beach looked great! Yes, you could look everywhere and see damaged trees and buildings all over the island. But the beach itself was fine.

We were there week before last on the Splendour, it was crowded by 10 am when we got there. (Sea Grape) It looked wonderful. NO problems. You could of course still see damage on the way to and from there.

We are also crusing in March of the Explorer. We walked the 7 mile beach

in November. There was a lot of debris and nothing was open at that time but

the beach itself was beautiful. I will definitely walk the beach again in March.:D

was there at the first of January on the Enchanment. Like everyone else has seaid the beach was in good shape. everything is getting back to normal. island still shows alot of damage though. alot of trees stripped of there leaves, but you will enjoy it.

My cousin was there two weeks ago. I saw her pictures, just noticed some damaged trees.
