Suggestions on best point and shoot underwater digital camera.....

I'm looking for a nice point and shoot digital underwater camera that can go at least 100-150 feet underwater and still take great pictures, is easy to use and priced moderately. Do you have any suggestions?

Depends what you call moerately priced. SeaLife sells some nice camera setup for diving. You will definitely need a flash or two (I suggest 2) or you will be very disapointed with your pictures. You start losing colors at 15 feet and at 40 feet you have blue and green left and at 100feet you get no color. I have the Sealife DC600 MAXX setup which comes with camera, housing, 2 flashes, case and accessories. It was about $1200.00. I have gotten some great pictures, although I am still learning.
