Car rental Cayman Island

We have a group of 8 going on Carnival Freedom to Cayman Island 1 day. Would it be more beneficial to rent a car and see the sights?

 

Thoughts?

you will need a van and they run about $100 US. Not sure of the closest location but go to website islandstylesrentals.com and they offer pick up.

We rented from Budget before, and plan on doing it again for $70+ tax for a large van. It is very easy to get around the island. I recommend Rum Point. Budget will piick you up at the Hard Rock Cafe near the tender pier.

We rented from Andy's Car Rental. Was recommended on here the last time we had Grand Cayman as a port of call. They were great. They pick you up at the little white church basically across the street from where the tender lets you off. We only rented a car and it was less than 50 for the day. We are thinking of renting again from them next month.
