Who's sailed from Quebec City?

Our port of embarkation is Quebec City. Our first day is sailing the Saganay River and St. Lawerence Sea Way. Since we won't be in international waters till day 3, will any of the onboard shops and Casino be open? Will we be able to buy Liquor from the ship's liquor store to be sent to our cabin? TIA for any info.

We are taking the Canadian Empress for 6 days to Kingston. Anyone else out there ever been on this route?

We will be there in October prior to boarding the Sea Princess for a 12 day repositioning cruise down to Fort Lauderdale.
