what's the phase 1, do's and don'ts...i wanna try it ?

 

phase I is very low carb; no bread, rice, peas, carrots, fruit juices, sugar, alcohol, etc. it just last 2 weeks; then small amounts are let in until you hit the maintenance phase.

I find that after 2 or 3 days, phase one is a lot easier! It's mostly alot of veggies, eggs, salads, lean meats and low fat cheeses. I eat almost every vegetable, so I usually have a pretty good variety of food.
