Toddler Backpack in Istanbul

We have traveled to Istanbul once before, but without our children. I can not remember what the locals did, as I don't remember seeing many toddlers on our trip. There are several places where it would be much easier to have your toddler in a back pack. The Grand Bazar has lots of shops where you would have to go up or down steps as well as some of the other tourist areas.

We have used two types of carriers when traveling. One is the Chico Smart support frame carrier. It is bulky so my husband mainly uses it, but it has legs that pull out and can sit like a chair. We have even feed my son lunch and snacks with out unsnapping him. I am smaller and like the ergo carrier that I can wear as a front pack or a back pack.

I hope this helps a little
