Bubbles40 Posted March 31, 2010 Author #26 Share Posted March 31, 2010 Digital and electronic are the same thing.I've used both digital and the spring one I've got now. And I suppose the digital are more accurate if you want the weight spot on. the digital just need batteries. Berwyn You have to bear in mind you are talking to a simpleton here!!!  Ah thats great, thanks for that - will have a look for some digital scales and see how much they cost - thanks again :D

Tiggertastic Posted April 5, 2010 #32 Share Posted April 5, 2010 My OH bought me some luggage scales for christmas - stops me worrying Back to the original question - we have a flight bag that my OH uses that carried all electrical stuff and papers etc. I have a canvas bag that zips small and travels out in the checked luggage and I tend to use it coming home if we need the extra hand luggage weight. Most times I use a boots canvas shopping bag and drop my handbag inside it and when it's not being used it weighs almost nothing but a good size for magazines etc and comes in handy as a shopping bag when on trips For Christmas I am using a full cabin trolley case as I need it to carry my wedding dress out to Miami Jan
