gavinfromlondon Posted March 31, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 31, 2010 Hi We will be visiting Grand Turk on Silversea Silver Shadow in a few weeks. We have been to Grand Turk before on a Princess Cruise, but I just wondered whether being on such a small ship (c 350 people) will make a difference in relation to whether shops etc are open. We will be the only ship in port that day. Many thanks to anyone who can assist. Gavin
margbem Posted April 6, 2010 #2 Share Posted April 6, 2010 We were there last month on Seabourn with only 200 passengers. Everything was open.
Compass Rose Posted April 20, 2010 #3 Share Posted April 20, 2010 If your beautiful ship only carries 300 passengers, then you will have a fabulously wonderful experience at the pier. It sure beats the 6,000 passenger total that we shared last week. It was elbow to elbow everywhere and no fun. You should have a fabulous time!!
