Food Markets - Southern Caribbean Ports

When I travel I love taking photos of foods (especially fruits/vegetables and other products indigenous to the area) at farmer's markets. I am having a hard time finding if this topic has been brought up in a previous post or if someone has posted about it within a thread.

 

I will be going on a southern Caribbean cruise and was wondering if any of you could recommend some great local markets at any of the following ports? Also, if they are open only certain days of the week, that info would be appreciated. Thanks.
