Marriott Biscayne Bay, local liquor store?

Can anyone who has recently stayed at the Marriott Biscayne Bay in Miami tell me how close a liquor store is? We'll be there on a Saturday night around 7, so if you know the hours that would be helpful too, as I've heard that in Miami you can't buy liquor on Sunday until after noon (I hope to be on the ship by then having my first DOD!!!). Thanks!

We are staying there as well, and I have been wondering the same question. I plan on asking the hotel staff and jumping in a cab. I don't think there is a liquor store within walking distance

If you get desperate there is one right below the hotel in the connecting mini mall between Marriott and the Doubletree which is expensive. There is also one (somewhere) midway between Bayside and Marriott but we weren't in for a long walk that day. We found a liquor store with limited choices in downtown just behind the Holiday Inn but regretted not just thinking of the CVS which is right on the main street opposite Bayside and just south of the Holiday Inn. It was cheaper than all the above. I'd think it would be an easy stop for a cab enroute to the hotel or pop over if going to Bayside.
