Local Bar in Costa Maya

I read a review back before hurrican dean hit that there was a bar in costa maya after you got off of the pier that you had to go through some signs that stated do not cross, etc. It was owned by some folks that sold the pier property to the cruise line. I remember reviews saying it was a wonerful place to go. WE never made it to costa maya and was re routed due to hurrican dean. I have a friend that is going this month and wanted to tell her about the bar. Does anyone know if it still exists?
