Taking Shells on ship

If we visit one of the shell beaches in Cozumel can we take any shells back on the Ship? I would love to go to Chien Rio and see the shells I have heard it's a nice place, was just wanting to know if they will allow me to bring sea shells back. We are not flying when we return from cruise so that's not an issue.

Just please be sure that there are no creatures still in the shells. They can get stinking really bad after a couple of days out of water.;)

The answer to your question is yes, you can. Just be sure you get your shells from over on the East side and not from the Marine Park on the West side.
