time difference

We are booked on a January 24 2011 sailing on the Carnival Inspiration. We docked at 8am and leave at 3pam-Since it will be Jan will GC time and the ships time be the same. Would like any input from recent January cruisers into Grand Cayman.

By April most of the United States has gone to Daylight Savings Time. They adjusted their clocks ahead one hour.

 

Cayman does not observe Daylight Savings Time.

 

So, in April Grand Cayman Time = Houston Time. Or you could say that when it is 7am in Miami it is only 6am in Cayman.
