Do they sell wine in the Promenade Store?

No, wine is not sold in the stores. And if you bring it on at port it will be confiscated and held until the end of your cruise.

You can buy a bottle of wine at most of the bars and take it to your room, or you can pre-order a bottle through "Gifts and Gear" to be delivered to your stateroom on embarkation day.

I dont' believe you can buy wine in stores on the ships, if you can, they will not allow you to bring it to your stateroom until final evening. But, if you purchase a bottle of wine in the restaurant and do not finish it, I believe they will send it to your stateroom, if you wish. They do have wine packages that you can purchase through rccl website, or after you board, and can enjoy the wine wherever. I also don't believe you can purchase wine in port without them confiscating it when you return to the ship. We did do that on Celebrity, but I believe Celebrity allows you to carry wine on board and Royal Caribbean does not. Go figure?
